Pulled Pork topped Waffles

Birds Eye Potato Waffles are waffly versatile and make for the perfect base for pulled pork. This dish sure to be a crowd pleaser with the delicious flavours of succulent BBQ pulled pork, loaded on top of a Potato Waffle.

Ingredients

  • 60 g Sweet BBQ Pulled Pork
  • 10 g Shredded Red Cabbage
  • 1 Freshly Chopped Chives
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • 1 Balsamic Vinegar
  • 10 g Shredded Carrot
  • 10 g Shredded Cucumber

Preparation

  1. Cook potato waffle as per pack instruction

  2. Warm your pulled pork

  3. mix shredded vegetables with oil and vinegar, season

  5. Place your pork on top of your waffle. Garnish with vegetables and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley
