Tuna Salad served on a Potato Waffle

Birds Eye Potato Waffles are waffly versatile and make for the perfect base for a delicious brunch. Try this mouthwatering Tuna Salad served on a Potato Waffle.

Ingredients

  • 1
  • 60 g Drained Tuna
  • 20 g Diced Red Onion
  • 2 g Lemon Zest
  • 1 g Freshly Chopped Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 g 5 Basil Leaves
  • 3 g Sliced Red Chilli

Preparation

  1. Cook potato waffles as per pack instructions

  2. Zest lemon and squeeze juice. Mix with tuna

  3. Top waffle with tuna, scatter over basil leaves. Sprinkle over chives and chilli

  4. Serve and Enjoy!
