  • 100g Cooked Rice
  • Small bunch Fresh Thyme
  • 160g Baby Carrots

Preparation

  1. Cook extra large battered fish as per cooking instructions
  2. Wash rice well and cook as per cooking instructions
  3. Trim and cook baby carrots until tender
  4. Finely chop thyme and mix with cooked rice
