Ingredients

  • 690g
  • 2 tsp Korma Curry Paste
  • 1/2 Large onion (Sliced)
  • ½ can low fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Sunflower Oil

Preparation

  1. Cook the Field Fresh Country Mix vegetables as per pack instructions and drain
  2. Cook the sliced onion until golden brown
  3. Add the vegetables, curry paste and coconut milk to the onion pan and coat well
  4. Bring to the boil and serve
