Grilled BBQ Chicken With Corn and Colesaw

Ingredients

  • 40g Carrots
  • 1 Sliced Corn on Cob
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
  • 80g White Cabbage
  • 40g White Onion

Preparation

  1. Cook chicken chargrill as per pack instruction.
  2. Boil corn on cob as per pack instruction. Slice into discs and griddle for bbq'ed flavour.
  3. Finely sliced cabbage, carrots and onion and mix with mayonnaise, season to taste. Serve and enjoy!
