Tomato Sauce for pasta

Pancetta (Diced)
Preparation
Preheat Oven to 200°C
Cook Pasta as per pack instruction
Slowly cook pancetta/bacon in a non stick frying pan until crisp and golden
Drain pasta. Mix in the frozen peas
Pour into an oven suitable dish and add the pancetta/bacon
Mix the basil through the tomato sauce
Pour over tomato sauce, sprinkle with the 2 cheeses mixed with the bread crumbs
Bake in oven for 25 mins at 200°C until golden
