Pea Curry Recipe

A rather versatile dish, this pea curry is perfect as a no-fuss dinner, it’s quick and easy to make, and you don’t need anything else apart from your cupboard and freezer staples like baked beans, tinned tomatoes and frozen peas

Ingredients

vegetable oil
1 medium 
onion

Preparation

  1.        Dice the onion and sweat in a pan with oil. 

  2.        Once the peas and onions are cooked, use a stick blender to mix them together in the pan. 

  3.        Chop the mushrooms and add them into the pan with the remaining ingredients.

  4.           Meanwhile, microwave the peas according to the instructions on the back of the pack and then add them to the onions. 

  5.        Simmer for 5 minutes and add seasoning to taste.
