Chorizo Waffle Stack

Birds Eye Potato Waffle are waffly versatile and make for the perfect base for a delicious lunch. Add a Spanish twist to this dish by serving the waffle with a chorizo in a mouthwatering tomato sauce.


  • 1
  • 80 g Tomato Sauce
  • 25 g Chorizo
  • 20 g Sliced Green Olives
  • 50 g Diced Red Peppers
  • 40 g Chickpeas


  1. Finely dice peppers, add in a pan with tomato sauce

  2. Cook potato waffle as per pack instruction

  3. Add cooked drained chickpeas into tomato sauce with sliced chorizo

  4. Serve chorizo in tomato sauce over golden potato waffle. Scatter over sliced olives
