Ingredients

  • 1 Baby Pepper
  • 1 Pitta bread
  • 1 Small Tomato
  • 1 tbls Tomato Salsa
  • 3
  • 1/4 Lettuce

Preparation

  1. Cook fish finger as per pack instruction.
  2. Warm pitta bread, slice and open.
  3. Shred lettuce, slice tomato and baby pepper.
  4. Mix the salad with salsa, fill the pitta bread and place the fish finger on top of the salad.
Serving tip

Serve with a light side salad.
