Preparation
- Cook fish finger as per pack instruction.
- Warm pitta bread, slice and open.
- Shred lettuce, slice tomato and baby pepper.
- Mix the salad with salsa, fill the pitta bread and place the fish finger on top of the salad.
Serving tip
Serve with a light side salad.
