Plus, full of mixed beans and delicious vegetables and topped with eggs, it’s bursting with protein and nutrients to give you the right start to the day. If you’re having people over to stay and want to impress, or you just want to treat the family on a Sunday morning, this dish is a crowd pleaser.
This one contains a real mixed bag – or mixed beans. Our Mexican Bean Mix is perfect for enriching stews and chillis, but also provides a filling and nutrient-rich base for a tasty summer salad. Tossed in olive oil and fresh lime juice and mixed with goats cheese and red pepper, this is the summer way to enjoy beans and pulses.
This is the ultimate veggie burger recipe, and goes to show that vegetarian food can be just as delicious as meat dishes. Our Mexican Bean Mix adds a nutritious kick to this beloved, tasty dish, dripping with melted cheese and oozing sour cream and guacamole. This is an incredibly quick dish to throw together for a party, a lazy night in, or just as a treat for the kids.
Bring the taste of Morocco into your kitchen with our quick and easy veggie tagine, bursting with flavour and nutrients. Combining our Chickpea and Spinach Mix, baby carrots and parsnips and topped with dried apricot, this is ideal for a weeknight when you don’t have much time but want to keep it nutritious.
Another great use for our Chickpea and Spinach Mix is in stews. Full of protein and fibre, this mix is the perfect healthy and filling base to a stew. Combined with diced onion, celery and carrot, then stirred through with yoghurt, this is a tasty and extremely simple dish.
