Waffles, Bacon and Egg

Birds Eye Potato Waffles are waffly versatile and make for the perfect base for a delicious breakfast. Serve up with a tasty fried egg, grilled mushroom and a few rashers of bacon for a weekend treat.


  • 1
  • 2 Streaky Bacon Rashers
  • 1 Fried Egg
  • 2 Small Mushrooms
  • 1 Small Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil


  1. Cook potato waffles as per pack instructions

  2. Grill streaky bacon until crispy

  3. Cut tomato in half, season with black pepper

  4. Sautee mushrooms in pan with olive oil

  5. Crack egg into the same pan 

  6. Serve stacked on waffle, enjoy!
