Aah, happy faces round the dinner table. That’s what I like to see. So when you’re looking for something simple & tasty, why not serve delicious Cod fish cakes covered in golden breadcrumbs. Tasty any day of the week, try them with a light green salad.

Preparation

To prepare... Tastiest when GRILLED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER

Grill - From Frozen 

  • Pre-heat grill.
  • Medium Grill 15-20 mins.
  • Turn over occasionally.
  • Cook until crisp and golden.

Alternatively, oven bake 230°C 20 mins

  • Pre-heat oven Fan 210°C, Gass Mark 8
  • Cook in middle of oven until crisp and golden turn over halfway through

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
