This Brazilian Chargrill Salad is a tasty lunch or dinner for any day of the week. This salad is bursting with tropical flavour simple to make, making it the perfect summer salad.

Ingredients

  • 1
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 80 g Tomato
  • 120 g Lettuce
  • 20 g Sliced Lime
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 6 g Fresh coriander
  • 8 g Lime Juice

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven, cook chicken grills as per pack instructions
  2. Slice avocado, tomatoes, mango and lime
  3. Make dressing using lime juice, olive oil and coriander
  4. Assemble salad on a plate with sliced chicken chargrill. Drizzle with dressing
  5. Serve and enjoy!
Serving tip

To add some crunch to your salad, you could throw some chopped red onions or spring onions into the mix.
