Birds Eye Peri Peri Chicken Grill
low fat yoghurt
fresh or frozen mint, finely chopped
medium pitta bread (white or wholemeal)
mixed salad leaves
- Pre heat oven to 180deg, gas mark 5.
- Cook the Birds Eye Peri Peri Chicken Grills as per pack instructions
- Mix the low fat yogurt with the chopped mint and leave until chicken is cooked.
- Warm the pitta bread in the microwave (30secs) or toaster.Slice the cooked peri peri grills with care.Open and fill the pitta with the leaves, yoghurt, and Peri Peri strips, serve immediately.
