150g Potatoes 
250g Celeriac 
2 Tablespoons Double Cream 
160g Very Fine Green Beans 

Preparation

  1. Peel and dice potatoes and celeriac, boil in water until tender
  2. Cook lemon & black pepper cod as per pack instructions
  3. Cook green beans as per pack instructions
  4. drain and mash potatoes and celeriac, stir through the cream
  5. Serve and enjoy
