150g Potatoes
250g Celeriac
2 Tablespoons Double Cream
160g Very Fine Green Beans
Preparation
- Peel and dice potatoes and celeriac, boil in water until tender
- Cook lemon & black pepper cod as per pack instructions
- Cook green beans as per pack instructions
- drain and mash potatoes and celeriac, stir through the cream
- Serve and enjoy
