Birds Eye Potato Waffle
- Grill a Birds Eye Waffle for 8-10 mins, turning occasionally.
- To boil the eggs, Bring a pan of water to a simmer. Add 2 eggs, simmer for 2 mins at room temp, 3 mins if fridge-cold, then turn off heat. Cover the pan and leave for 2 mins more.
- Cut the waffle into 4 fingers and dip into the egg.
