Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cook the chicken chargrills as per the pack instructions.
Add 1 tsp of oil to a pan and add the chopped onions and peppers.
Add the sweetcorn, cheese, coriander, tin tomatoes, sour cream and season to taste. Feel free to add in salt and pepper if you like!
Slice the chicken chargrills and add to the mix.
Cut the tortilla wraps in 4 and place them in a hot pan until there stiff and hold their shape.
Add mixture between two quarters of the wrap and you’re ready to serve.
