Chickpeas and Spinach Tajine

Bring the taste of Morroco to your dishes with this tasty Morrocan Tagine. This recipe is nutritious and easy to make using our Birds Eye Chickpea and Spinach Mix.


  • 1 pack
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dried apricot
  • 1/2 jar tagine sauce
  • 6 baby carrots
  • 4 baby parsnips


  1. Pour chickpea & spinach mix in a pan, cover with sauce. Cook until hot
  2. Cook carrots and parsnip until tender
  3. Assemble in bowl sprinkle over dried apricots
  4. Enjoy
