low fat plain yogurt
Preparation
- Fry off diced garlic, ginger, chilli and onion in olive oil until softened without browning
- Add curry paste
- Cook chickpea & spinach mix as per pack instructions
- Mix yogurt into curry to make creamy
- Stir in chickpea & spinach mix
- Place in bowl, serve with rice and enjoy!
