A mild and creamy vegetable Korma curry that's still satisfying and full of flavour.
Preparation
- Cook the Field Fresh Country Mix vegetables as per pack instructions and drain
- Cook the sliced onion until golden brown
- Add the vegetables, curry paste and coconut milk to the onion pan and coat well
- Bring to the boil and serve
