Preparation
Finely dice peppers, add in a pan with tomato sauce
Cook potato waffle as per pack instruction
Add cooked drained chickpeas into tomato sauce with sliced chorizo
Serve chorizo in tomato sauce over golden potato waffle. Scatter over sliced olives
