Light dish with sweet peas and creamy mozarella - serve as a main or starter

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, making sure the peas and mozarella are mixed right through the watercress
  2. Add a light vinaigrette dressing just before serving and stir gently to coat
  3. Serve with crusty white bread

Tip!

  • Mix Birds Eye Peas with mangetout and sugar snaps to give you a great new mixed vegetable dish
