Preparation
- Add the fresh sage to the pot
- Cook your Green Cuisine Meat-Free Sausages as per instructions on pack
- Boil the vegetables in just enough water to cover them
- Chop up the carrots, parsnips, swede and onions into chunks
- Take out the sausages, slice in a thick diagonal shape and add to the casserole
- Give a quick stir and enjoy
- Thicken the casserole with vegetarian gravy granules
